recycling by continuous pyrolysis process

Reoil Sp. z o.o.

deals with comprehensive implementation of installations for recycling of end-of-life tyres in the process of continuous pyrolysis.

The company has the know-how, technology and potential necessary to implement new investments. Currently, the company’s main priority is the implementation of a number of installations worldwide for recycling used car tyres. The projects are carried out in the EPC formula and supervised by experienced engineering and scientific-research staff with their own R&D department.

The plant opened in 2015 in Bukowno (Małopolska) is the first installation in the world which utilizes end-of-life tyres in continuous pyrolysis technology.

Continuous pyrolysis technology

Continuous pyrolysis through full control of the system enables optimal use of energy and raw materials, while stabilized production allows to obtain a constant quality of products.

A hermetically sealed process allows for the integration of recovered carbon black production with the pyrolysis process.

Specification of the system

The tyres recycling system is an integrated system of: tyres granulation equipment, continuous pyrolysis reactor system, pyrolysis oil distillation system and refining, micronisation and soot granulation system.

Environmental protection

Unique features and the most important determinants of technological development of pyrolysis processes allow to protect the environment and at the same time contribute to solving the problem of disposal of used car tyres.

Continuous pyrolysis technology developed by Reoil allows to minimize gas emissions and meet all environmental requirements at the site of the planned investment.

ReOil Sp. z o.o. has ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISCC quality certificates.
